Terms & Conditions for Ticket Purchases

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets for expo:QA, organised by NEXO QA. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Ticket Purchase and Confirmation

All ticket purchases are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order is complete and payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket.

Tickets are transferable only up until the date specified in the ticket purchasing section of the expo:QA web.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

Ticket prices are stated in euro (€) and and exclude VAT, which is then applied when concluding a purchase. 

We reserve the right to change prices at any time but this will not affect tickets already purchased.

We accept payment via credit card or by bank transfer.

For bank transfers, all invoices must be paid within 30 days and before the event. Purchases made via bank transfer, during a discount period (presales, earlybird, etc.) must be payed before the discount period ends . Otherwise, the organisation reserves the right to cancel the purchase.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred.

In the event that we must postpone the conference to a later date as a result of force majeure, such as extreme adverse local weather conditions or weather warnings, natural disasters, civil strikes or conflict, war, terrorist activity, fire, flood conditions, pandemic or other health related crisis and similar, the following options will be available:

    • Tickets may be transferred to the rescheduled dates at no additional cost
    • Should the rescheduled dates not be suitable for you, tickets may be transferred to a colleague at no additional cost
    • If transfer of the tickets is not suitable, we can provide a credit towards the a future expo:QA conference

 

4. Event Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, speakers, or venue. In the unlikely event of significant changes, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible.

 

5. Admission and Conduct

  • We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any attendee for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour without refund.

  • You must comply with all health & safety procedures as well as our code of conduct at all time.

 

6. Photography and Recordings

  • The event will be photographed and/or recorded. By attending, you consent to being included in such media.

  • This media may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. See here for further details on how we use photography, video & media. 

 

7. Data Protection

  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined there.

 

8. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage incurred by attendees, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madrid, Spain (as out event is being held in Madrid), without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
