The EXPOQA logo may be used only to indicate participation or partnership with the EXPOQA event.
Permitted examples include:
· “Partner of EXPOQA”
· “Sponsor of EXPOQA”
· “Speaking at EXPOQA”
· “Exhibiting at EXPOQA”
The logo must not be used in a way that implies ownership, endorsement, or co-branding beyond the agreed partnership.
Sponsors must use only the official EXPOQA logo files provided above by the organisers. Note:
· The current official logo must be used.
· Previous versions of the logo must not be used.
· Sponsors should not source the logo from third-party websites or old materials.
The EXPOQA logo must not be altered and the following are not permitted:
· changing colours
· altering proportions
· adding effects
· modifying typography
· adding elements to the logo
· recreating the logo
The logo must always appear exactly as provided.
4. Clear visibility and integrity
The logo must:
· changing colours
· remain clearly legible
· not be stretched or distorted
· not be rotated or skewed
· not be placed on backgrounds that reduce visibility
Sponsors should ensure sufficient contrast between the logo and the background.
5. Use in marketing materials
Sponsors may use the logo in:
· changing colours
· websites
· social media
· newsletters
· event announcements
· marketing materials related to the event
Use must always accurately represent the sponsor’s participation in EXPOQA.
The EXPOQA logo may not be used:
· changing colours
· as part of another logo
· in company product branding
· on merchandise without permission
· in a way that suggests official endorsement of products or services
· in any misleading or defamatory context
Sponsors may use the EXPOQA logo only during the promotion period of the event and for reasonable post-event communication (e.g., “We participated in EXPOQA 2026”).
EXPOQA reserves the right to request removal or correction of logo usage if it does not comply with these guidelines. Sponsors must comply with such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
