Hotel nights (4-star hotel), depending on your country of origin, including
single occupancy and breakfast. Additional occupancy is not included,
booking and payment will be made by the organisation and dates cannot
be changed.

  Travel expenses refund according to your country of origin, see table below. Booking and payment is made by the speaker and reimbursed by the organisation. The organisation will also accept public transport / taxi receipts to and from Madrid airport to conference hotel/venue, which will be reimbursed up to the limit shown on the table below.

  Entrance to the event (including standard meals provided to attendees)

  Entrance to the networking dinner (single ticket)

  Additional speaker discounts may be given upon request

Note that only one speaker is entitled for expenses for sessions that are given by multiple speakers. Second speakers are provided with one-day entrance to the conference (the day they speak) but are not entitled to any additional refund of expenses.

For workshops, 30% of what is invoiced from attendees for the workshop is given to speakers as remuneration. To obtain this remuneration for your workshop, you will need to issue a valid VAT invoice.

Please note with care, that according to Spanish law, remuneration for workshops can only be paid with a valid VAT invoice. Please do not apply for a workshop if you are unable to generate a valid invoice in your own name. You need to confirm this with the organisation prior to accepting to give a workshop.
