Josep-Robert has been leading the TDM Centre of Excellence at Sogeti Spain for the last 10 years, designing and delivering TDM solutions and services for customers across Europe. He has experience with customers from different sectors, such as banking, insurance, retail, security, among others. Sogeti’s TDM Centre of Excellence has in-depth knowledge and practical experience in TDM process analysis and transformation, tool evaluation and selection, and TDM solution implementation and operation.
