Jorge Mayorga
Promoter of software quality for +16 years with focus on Quality Engineering using test automation, shift left, continuous testing and now AI as pillars of transformation. Jorge has experience working with teams distributed mainly in Asia (India/Philippines) and North America (USA/Canada/Mexico), Latin America (Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Peru) and Europe (Spain, UK).
Marco Arce
Marco is a professional with more than 26 years of experience in the Software Industry in different management and technical leadership roles. In recent years he has been a driving force in Quality Engineering and Continous Testing on a large scale. He has led projects and technology teams in Banking and Consulting organisations in Peru and the United States, and has led global Supply Chain Management and Mobile Banking solutions for world class companies with teams geographically distributed in Asia, North America and South America. Currently, he is Director of Quality Services at NTT Data for Peru and Ecuador.
